Senior Friendly Visits

Our volunteers regularly visit seniors at home or in senior living communities. This program began in response to many requests from seniors, their families, and care facilities who wished for more opportunities to speak in Japanese. Connecting through a shared language provides comfort, familiarity, and a sense of belonging. For our volunteers, these visits are also joyful and meaningful moments of connection.
